Hokkaido University Europe Office will join the seminar:
Finland and Japan in the Changing World
with Hokkaido University Slavic-Eurasian Research Center and Arctic Research Center, at Turku University, Finland, on 27th August.
This is a event celebrating the 100th anniversary of diplomatic relations between Japan and Finland.
